Need a structural engineer following house survey

House survey recently completed and it came up with a couple of issues which it advised us to get the advise of a structural engineer on;
Chimney breast on the lower 2 floors was removed and appears unsupported in the attic.
Rear wall was removed and an extention added - although there doesn't appear to be any issues.
Historic movement when the property was built - again no issue seen and is within accepted parameters.
Looking for a quote for someone to look at these issues and advise on what action, if any is required.
