I'm looking for someone to cold call businesses to help me set appointments for my staffing firm. You will call a list of hiring managers and advise them of what we offer. We specialize in recruiting for call centers (contact centers) agents, managers, etc. I'm looking for someone who will get the decision maker on the line (I will provide you name and phone number) and set up a phone call between the hiring manager and I so that I can learn about their hiring needs and close the deal. I recruit for call centers all over the USA so can only meet with them via phone.
I want you to start with 100 calls with some follow-ups. I would prefer that you speak English fluently and have a clear accent and if possible would like to hear your voice first. Also, would prefer if you call from a number associated with the U.S. Would like an excel sheet real time detailed descriptions of the results of each call. My budget is 10.00 U.S. dollars for every 150 leads worked including 2 follow-ups for voicemails, etc.
