3D house promo video for my smart home app

i need a promo video for my smart home app.

I need to tell to peoples what app can do example they can control lights, plugs/sockets, blinds from phone

Also there is alarm system that send notification on phone if motion detected,door opened, water leaked or smoke detected

so maybe in 3d video u can zoom in some parts to clearly show what is going on in the video or u can do something that clearly show what is going on

maybe its good idea too to find a floor 3d model like this and to rotate it or zoom there and in each part u can show any of above step
