Model a Logo for a Security Company

The company specializes in manufacturing emergency fire escape windows for schools. They would like to have a 3D logo for their company. They already has a mock logo available. Please see the attached photo A and photo B for a mock rendering made in CATIA. We have included two designs. Please make a mockup for both.
The company would like their name, Selleck Ezra Operations, with black text in a circle around the shield, with solid dots to separate the names from Operations. Please see the attached photo C for a mock of what we want.
If you would like to remodel the shield, the shield should have the color of brushed amber steel. The text on the shield, 'S E' needs to be in blue and font Times New Roman, crossing over the horizontal line. There needs to be a cross with the highest point on the center of the shield. The cross should be formed by the 3D modeled and not just drawn on to the shield.
