A picture of the site is included in the file. The building being modeled with replace the building on the right in the image.

The building is 9,600 sf per floor and it is 4 stories. Main level, 2nd level, 3rd level, and fourth level.

It should be metal framed with all metal windows and doors. The staircase needs to be metal with 8" CMU with brick veneer finish on the outside. 1" air space on inside w/ 3.5 metal studs, 5/8" thick GWB, and full thickness batt

As of right now all I need is the foundation (footers, slab, and metal framing) and the wall built up to the roof. No interior work is needed at this time. The roof should be flat and include appropriate loading for cold climate (snow). The building foundation should be modeled up to 12" below the finished main level

I need various details as well. Such as a foundation detail, wall assembly detail, window detail, and roof detail. Assume all typical information for details

I also need topo surface modeled, have sub regions modeled showing streets, parking and drives

I have included a basic imagine to help with design ideas. I plan on making it a simple office building
