Making Three Videos about Taiwan Perspectives

I did a “practice reading” of these two scripts and came up with about 8 minutes each. The third script is of a similar length and style. Titles of the three scripts are in [url removed, login to view]
My goal is to post these three videos on Youtube. Most of the content will be read aloud, (but not the charts). I will ask that “key concepts” or “key sentences” or “key data blocks” appear on the screen. I will give you exact details after I award the project.
This is part (1), (2), and (3) of a series, so the design style should be similar for the three videos. I am looking for something simple, in full color, with attractive images, photos, video, etc. in the background, nice lettering, and pleasing "wipes" as needed. I do not need any complex types of animation. I suppose that two or more English language speaking “announcers” are needed to do the voice-overs. The same “announcers” will be used for the entire series of three videos.
Ours is a small human rights group in Taiwan. I have taken a guess and posted US$ 1650 for a forty day project. I hope to negotiate a fixed price for the entire three video project.
Hopefully the videos will be attractive, and will catch the attention of all members of the online audience interested in Taiwan current events, news, & history.
