Help me put a background to my green screen video's.

Hello,
I have filmed some short product review vids on a green screen background. This is what i need from you:
1) I like you to show me how to put in a background using best practices. So instead of have the green back ground, i want to replace it with my own background. I have the following software that i can work with:
Adobe After Effects CS6
Adobe Premier Pro CS6
Ideally i want to share my screen with you and you guide me on how to do it.
2) On 4 videos we recorded we made a school boy error. We have the green background in place, however the actress is also waving our product which also had a green product label over it. Our longest video is 20 secs. So maybe you can show me how to do it. If's its too much of a technical job to learn, then maybe you can just do it for us.
Attached is one of these videos.
You must be comfortable in speaking english over the mic so i can understand you. Also i will probable be using teamviewer software so you will be able to see my screen.
