Need a VB scraping & multithreading wiz to TEACH ME!!!

I am a Microsoft certified VB programmer (but am a bit rusty) and I am looking to start programming some web-scraping multithreaded applications.

What I am looking for is a VB scraping and multithreading wiz / guru that IS FLUENT IN ENGLISH and can be there for me to guide me (through chat, email and teamviewer) and to answer all my questions so I can learn this as quickly and painlessly as possible.

As I said, I am already ok with visual basic, have visual studio 2010 and am already programming my apps, but I want someone that can answer the tougher questions and help me get up and running in the shortest possible time.

If you truly are a wiz with what I need, are fluent in English and are willing to work with my strange time schedules, please let me know your hourly rate via personal message and also, please also put in your reply to me the words "i am your wiz and I read this" so I know you truly read this project listing and are not just one of those people who simply responds to all ads... If this line isn't in your response to me, your bid will be ignored!!

To be fair, I want to see how good your communication is and how well we can communicate (please also let me know what times you generally are available for chats - I am on US Eastern time - and how quickly you believe you could reply to me via email once we start working together), then, if we have good communication and you know your stuff, I'll escrow your payment in 3 hour intervals (so youmcan get paid more often) and I'll keep paying you as we move along...
