Are you able to configure Zoho Desk with WebRTC clients to use an arbitrary SIP provider? You are the person for the job. You configure Zoho Desk Phone integration with arbitrary SIP provider we are using currently.
The job is complete if we can make outbound calls using the Zoho Desk WebRTC client and receive inbound calls from SIP provider in Zoho Desk and process them in a example call flow and answer by ZohoDesk WebRTC client.
We are currently using Twilio phone integration but we believe at time of this post Zoho does not have a way to control what trunk is used in Twilio.
