I am needing a website front-end and back-end built that has 3 main portions:
1) The website will feature an application that people will fill out. The application uses the form making service TypeForm. They will be charged a fee to submit the application. They should receive an email immediately upon entering their email address that will provide them with a link in case they need to finish the app in multiple sessions.
This will be the sole purpose of the front-end of the site.
2) The back-end will then take the responses submitted on the application and place it into an info-graphic. We should be able to edit this info-graphic and add comments to it from the back-end. We should then be able to press a button that turns it into a pdf and sends it to the email address(es) that the user requested it be sent to when they filled out the application.
3) The backend should have users that “claim” the submitted applications from the database. Any applications claimed by that particular back-end user would then have it moved to their “My Pending Applications” section. The applications that users fill out require us to do some manual work on our end, so the user will then edit some items on the application. They should be able to click on “Complete and Send Application”. This is the button that I mentioned in part 2. This is what would convert it to a PDF and send it to the specific email addresses. We should also be able to send it to additional email addresses if we want. Anytime a back-end user fully completes and sends an application, they should have a dollar amount added to their account balance. The main admin with more permissions should be able to reset the balance at any time.
