Link building for Bingo site

I have one bingo site which was a PR6 and is now PR4 so desperately needs some link building. I am also launching 3 more new bingo sites in the next 2 weeks which will need new link campaigns starting.

Please quote below or pm me with your proposals as to how many links of a reasonable PR you think you can get me per week/month and what you would like to be paid.

I would like only serious people with link building experience to bid on this job, I have advertised a similar job before and spent a long time with the freelancer getting absolutely no where.
