71967 Three Templates

I am currently looking for 3 templates for an insurance site. Basic requirements are as follow: Must be created in Macromedia Fireworks and transferred in Fireworks format for editing purposes I need three unique templates. Each template must be a unique layout and not made for someone else or virtual clones of one another. I will only need the native fireworks files and font files for the site. No PHP or programming is required. Preferences for design are photo rich and dynamic. Template will need the following: Header with logo symbol and 4 buttons. Second navigation bar with 8 buttons. Footer with copyright and 12 buttons. Welcome image. Maximum width of 740 pixels. Payment will be made via Scriptlance escrow account and transferred upon completion of the project. This MUST be a newly designed page - NOT a template that has been used by other websites. Also, once designed, the template is to be unique to my website and should NOT be sold to other individuals or sold on template websites. I will own all copyrights to the design and contents of the website template.
