Web site Modifications/ Enhancements

We are a marketing firm and the company we are working with has a [login to view URL] web address is rattlersedge.com.
They like the functionality but need to have some modification to the site. The site is a Wordpress site and needs to be customized.
I have provided the following immediate concerns regarding touching up the website:
- I would like the phone number to be centered under the logo and stay centered in-between browsers. ie. Internet explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla . (I want clients to be able to click the phone number and call them, as well)
- Move header up some if possible (black area that's covering the images in the slider where logo is located)
- I also need the photos in the Gallery tagged with our logo.
-The logo should bring me back to the home page
-Make sure About Us page has the same template changes as the rest of the pages.
-The revolution slider is not working properly (check under template sliders and check the functionality of the slider, because I only could get the regular slider to work).
-Services needs centered or left adjusted. Please add image on right hand side of each service page (ex. men's hair, women's hair, etc.) refer to this- [login to view URL]) I will provide images
-Prices need to be aligned in a uniform manner so the potential clients and existing clients can follow the content of the page
-Contact Us content should look like this if possible ([login to view URL])
