Add features to Hirebee WP Template

I need a few modifications to my Hirebee Theme. I have already made a few modifications, but I would like to:

-Change the page layout of certain pages to resemble FreelanceEngine

-Give Freelancers ability to upload documents, videos and audio files to their profiles

-Have different payment plans for Freelancers and different plan for Employers with restrictions based on each plan.

Restriction on number of categories

Restriction on number if photos, videos and audio files

Placement on category page based on plan (1st, 2nd and 3rd placement)

Different booking fees/retained amounts based on plan

-Freelancer will be charged a fee for fixed projects or a fee for hourly projects. Likewise, Employers will be charged a fee for fixed projects or a fee for hourly projects. The fixed fees will be equal to the greater of a percentage or a flat rate. (E.g. For fixed price projects, a fee of 3% or $3.00 USD (whichever is greater). For hourly projects, a fee of 3% is levied).

-Add additional features (charged separately from plan) for employers

Sealed bids

Project blocked from search engines etc

Extend project bidding to 7 days

Sponsored bid

Highlighted bid

Preferred Freelancer

Arbitration Fee

-Allow for payment of plans in advance (e.g. 1 month =$30, 6 months= $20/month, etc.)

-Add a map of project location

-Add additional fields in registration forms and project posting form

-Add additional filters for categories search

-Add additional sections to Freelancer profile page

-Add additional fields in project page

-Remove public email, phone numbers and social media on profiles

-Block sharing of personal data (phone, email, Skype, etc.) except with project participants (after employer has hired freelancer)

-Create a private workspace for freelancers and employers

-Add suggestions of categories (“You may also like:”) on result pages

-Allow upload of pictures and files to project postings

-Private messaging (block personal info)

-Add milestones functionality
