Hi I need a email marketing created from a psd/pdf file. I assume HTML needs to be involved as have already had my time wasted with graphic designers.
This is a email promotion so will be sent to clients in the body of the email not as an attachment. I assume the bidder will need to know html/coding. The top part of text will need to be able to be edited. The rest can stay the same.
The email will also need to be able to be viewed properly on a mobile device.
