Responsive Desing - ASPx webpage

I need to create a responsive web page. My web page is supposed to show info coming from a database table.

The query on that table will result with 1 or more rows depending on the system state. Each row should be represented as a square in the page showing the column data of the row into lines inside a square.

If only 1 row is retrieved by the query, the square must fill the whole space in the page.

If 2 rows are retrieved by the query, the squares must split evenly the space in the page.

If 3 rows are retrieved by the query, the squares must adjust to have same size and split web page into 4 parts. Why 4? Because none of the squares are allowed to cut imaginary lines except the 1 square row.

Fonts must adjust automatically to fill 80% of the square space.

Each square has a background color that will be dinamically set by the same query described before. Colors are names like "green", "red", "blue", "yellow", all of them accepted by CSS standard.

Width and Height must be parameters that could be changed as needed. Square must fit always inside the specified width and height automatically.

Web page must refresh query results automatically each 60 seconds.
