I have a Windows application that needs a facelift/redesign so it has a more of a modern look and feel. Right now, the GUI is about 4 years old and I just want to see how it could look.
Your job is to provide a working Windows application that has a completely new and fresh design. Other than getting the UI to work, you shouldn't have to write much code at all. The layout of the application should stay the same, but I'm open to options.
Once I choose a developer, I'll provide the link where you can download and install the application so you can see how the menus, buttons and overall UI is laid out. You will then develop a new application that enables the form controls (buttons, menus, bullets, checkbox, tree, etc.) The application should be written in C# using .NET 4.0.
