Add page to Wordpress website based on Photoshop design

We need to add a page to our Wordpress site. This page has a few special features that will require adding plugins and styling them to match our design. We will provide the design and all text and images.
Time frame: 4 days
Project requirements:
1. Add a new page to our website matching the attached design.
2. We will provide the design as a layered Photoshop file once project is awarded.
3. This is our current website: [login to view URL]
4. This page will have some style differences from the rest of the site. Those differences are listed below. When possible, use features from the existing theme instead of customized CSS.
5. Page needs to be responsive
6. Page sections:
a. top bar: same as template, except blue background
b. Header/Menu: background is transparent so menu and logo are on top of the main image
c. Main Image: static image header. Text needs to be placed on top of image, not part of image.
d. breadcrumbs: same as theme, but should be placed below the main image
e. Content area: 2 columns
- left column: text and images matching design. Use existing CSS styles
- right column: slider image gallery. Need to find a plugin for this. features: navigation arrows, navigation dots, clicking image opens it in a lightbox. If you find a paid plugin let me know and we can buy it.
f. FAQ section: need a plugin for this. Section has background image.
- Design is based on Avada toggles: [login to view URL]
- But we are using a different theme.
- Need to find a plugin with similar functionality
- Style boxes to match design
- Will provide text and images for each of the toggle boxes
g. Contact banner: text and button linking to contact page: [login to view URL]
h. Footer: Stays the same as the theme
