Joomla to Wordpress conversion

The project requires a conversion from Joomla to WordPress. Everything on the WordPress site must work exactly the same as the source. All images, menus, documents, users, content, etc must be migrated.
The site to be converted is www.crossroadsbia.ca. It won't be necessary to accommodate the "Billboard" and "Our Businesses" box at the top.
Source: Joomla Version 1.5.15 running a 1.0 template
Destination: WordPress 4.3
The following two templates must be installed:
Pluto [login to view URL]
Yoko [login to view URL]
The WordPress website must be fully working for the following two templates.
Appropriate access for source and destination will be provided as well as FTP if necessary.
