1: make a customposttype 'CarTool' with fields like in excel so i can do CRUD operations in wpadmin
2: make an import option, that i will select excel and it will import all data from excel to the customposttype

1: make a copy of homepage and make a search option in that like attached image(home&[login to view URL])
2: search will use ajax from 1st dropdown to last, like 1) when select make, load models, 2) when select model, load generation, 3) when select generation, load engine, 4) when select engine, and click Result button, it will load the next page
3) next page will be like the attached image([login to view URL]), it will fetch the data from custom post type and show.
that's it.
both search and result page should be mobile responsive.
