Changing my email address

  1. Log in to your Freelancer.com account.

  2. Click your profile picture thumbnail from the main menu bar. Then, click Settings.

  3. Select the Email & Notifications tab.

  4. Enter the new email address that you wish to use, and provide your current Freelancer.com account password.

  5. Click Update Email Address.

  6. To validate your request, a phone verification is required. Perform phone verification. If you do not have a phone number on your account, you will be required to add a phone number to proceed.

7. Check the inbox of your new email for the email verification code. Enter the code in the Email & Notifications tab.

8. Go back to the email sent to your new email and click the link to complete your email change request to confirm the changes made and for the new email address to appear on your account.
