Open Banking - PSD2 and GDPR (Presentation in German)
Ziel dieser Präsentation ist die neuen Compliance-Richtlinien zur Erweiterung des EU Zahlungsdienste (PSD2) und EU Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (GDPR) informativ und bündig darzustellen. Dabei werden Grundlagen, Elemente, Maßnahmen, Auswirkungen und erste Reaktionen von Finanzinstituten und abhängigen Dritt-Anwendern, sowie Endverbrauchern zu diesem Thema kurz wiedergegeben. Es ist vorgesehen die Präsentation mit einer Einführung über das Open Banking Konzept zu beginnen und eine Überleitung zu den PSD2 und GDPR Richtlinien zu schaffen, welche in den folgenden Slides wie oben beschrieben, erläutert werden. Der dritte Teil der Präsentation umfasst dann eine bestehende Diskussion aus dem Finanzumfeld, welche den Zusammenhang der beiden Richtlinien beschreibt, und damit verbundene Widersprüche: System-Offenheit vs. Datenschutz.
