It is an Electrostatic discharge foam packing product for Screens in the assembly line in Heesung Electronics Egypt the main supplier and family business with LG. This box is a replacement for +110,000 USD investments with less price 48 times. but its cost is zero for the company because they have most of its material in the factory. The shown video is the guide to the box in which screens are stored. This box had an incredible impact on the factory and solved one of the main problems in the factory. make transportation easier and unique, area reduction, especially in the repair room which increased its capacity by +80%, higher productivity, and solved a bottleneck on the assembly line. Moreover, it saved +150,000 EGP Per year in 2017.
