I have a problem with IBM CLOUD To use code engine It requires to upgrade IBM cloud account but it refuses my credit card So I can't upgrade from free tier to use code engine or any other service need upgrade and require credit card that they accept Please add another paying options like paypal or contact them to help solve this problem Error: Could not place order. Problem authorizing the credit card. We are unable to process your request: Transaction Rejected. I upgraded my IBM Cloud account and it changed to "Pay-As-You-Go (Pending)". I contacted the support and they told me the account needs to be verified by IBM's team. It's been more than a week now, the account type sill "Pay-As-You-Go (Pending)" and the last e-mail I sended did not get any response at all. I'm not allowed create any project on IBM Cloud. :'(
