I? would like to recreate the form shown in the attached jpg. using WPF TreeView and ListView getting data from a sql server database such that it could be used in a large scale enterprise. The solution should be in visual studio 2008, sql server 2008, and use the MVVM model. I would like full access to the solution's code, so that I can build on it in the future. Please use c#3.0, .net3.5, visual studio 2008,? sql server 2008, WPF and the MVVM model. Would like all the relevant files and a description so that I can get it working on my computer.

I have an application developed in .net and access. The application has Two form, 1st Form is used to enter the DATA and second form is having DataGridView, where you can see the records inserted and rectify it.
