I have a web hosting service providing me with Vicidial. I need to learn how to configure telephone lines, change the dial plan, and get the predictive dialer to work. Want to pay by the hour for a knowledgeble asterisk/vicidial expert to help me. I want to learn as we go so I want to pay by the hour. Please post bids for your hourly rate. I am having issues with Vicidial running correctly. calls are not going out as they should and i need help tinkering and setting everything up correctly. should be pretty easy for someone who knows what they are doing.

Integrate VtigerCRM and Vicidial by making softphone that would be loaded as part of Vtiger. The softphone would connect to the local user's soundcard for audio input and output and would display a popup inside vtiger when a call comes into asterisk, showing the caller's account information if it exists and if not, would prompt the user to create a new account/contact. I am looking to configure a billing module for vicidial which will allow me to create unlimited users with login/password to login and be able to prepay their account and set up their own dialing campaign which will only allow them for usage not to exceed their prepaid balance. Module would also not allow users to use more resources than an equal division of the amount of active campaigns so that we made sure that there were enough sip trunks for the total amount of users.
