I have a pdf of an acoustic guitar that when printed is true to scale. I need only the outline of the guitar body converted to a 2D dwg file. I do not need the neck or any of the other noise on the blueprint. I just need the outermost outline of the body and the centerline down the long axis. This will be sent to a laser cutter that will cut the outline of the body onto an acrylic template. The dwg file would have to maintain the true scale of the pdf.

Hi Christian, I have a building already drawn up. I also have a DWG file with 50 cm elevation lines and boundaries. The issue is that the rules for building on my plot are very restrictive. The building is only allowed to be 4.5m high from the AVERAGE ground level (there is a formula for this). This means that the building will be souterrain to fit two floors. I want to simulate different placements to maximize average ground level. An iterative macro. Do you think you can help with this? BR
