I am looking to develop land for use as a design studio, ranch, air BnB and potential future museum in el Sereno, topanga, moites, and midi-Pyrenees. I like the idea of return to nature, future ruins, art brut, parametric. And wish to get some rough building ideas to do a lot of impact with less traditional forms/materials on a budget.

Oakfield Mansions is a 15 unit block of flats formed from 3 semi-detached Merchant houses circa 1840. The original buildings had servant quarters and associated cellars on the ground floor the upper 4 floors were used by the families. During the conversion process late 1970's/1980's there was a major rebuild of one of the houses due to structural issues. As a consequence of this work the cellars were destroyed. On completion of the work the cellar area was filled with rubble and spoil. A reinforced concrete slab was cast over the area of the cellar and now forms part of the car park. Work is now being undertaken to bring the cellar area back into use by removing the rubble, spoil and redundant shuttering from under the concrete slab. If the power is in way we will have it moved. Master suite down stairs with a large walk in closet and a master bathroom. The second floor add one large room. Nothing but contractor grade everything.
