Galactic Activation

I have a Masterpiece of my life's journey I want to expand into more usable formats especially involving 3d/VR/AR. This piece I created first entirely in pixel not vector . along the way we vector corrected and basically traced the layers which are many. It's name at first before a name was LayerTopia. lol. Basically I hope someone can add a level of volumetric 3d to the individual layers, depth map things according to the layout of the final piece which I used Glow/DropShadow/Blur and other techniques to generate a 3d look. It's always been 3d inside me. lol. Color matching but honestly adding some richness and effect with the texture maybe metallic. I want to generate the 3d file of the environment this whole piece would take up. I would like to render the individual objects from all the layers as individual 3d format objects for later use (3d print jewelry or VR environment details). The final objective of this project is to render a video from the environment flying from above and in front of the piece through it, front to back, with some bit of magic after effects as you pass through the layers and see more and more objects until you are released into the background/void/grid and cosmos.
