Fix an innosetup installation script for a dotnet service.

The script will install a service created in the dotnet 4.5 framework. What works is installating the files and installing the framework (if needed), what isn't working is the actual installation of the service. I do have the command for it in the script but somehow it's not working. What I will provide to the one that gets the project: * file that are to be installed * script file * compiled script (as I have it now) What I should get as result * script that works and that actualy installs the needed files, creates te service and start the service, (and that also installs the framework if it's not yet on the system). (will not pay more then $50 for this)
