NEED PHP expert to update website

I have a classified ad site and I need some updates done to the site, must know php cold and a paypal account to get paid, work should not take more than a day or two to do ,maybe 3 days tops, I need sub categories added so people can choose from a wider variety of city in my multi-city posting options, contact me if interested, please see the images to understand more about what i need, i have multi-city posting ability now, where a client can post one ad to all cities for one price, this function can have its price set 0 to anything in the admin I , see item 3 for better idea of what i am talking about. the admin side will need to be addressed as well so the service can have a price set to it as well. please contact if interested , i need this done asap, thanks I have very small budget but will supplement your pay with free ads. thanks Muhammad Bey
