Hello, I'm looking for a programmer to create a shipping method based on my local's courier I already have the php script that receives city, dimensions and weight and returns the shipping values (standard, express, with price) I just need to convert that in an Opencart shipping method. Regards

Good idea, but most of the work is still to be done in opencart. What you have so far I could do in 15 minutes...adding it to opencart requires some skill and knowledge of opencart's system.
