Software development team needed for complex long term project

We are looking for a company (not one individual) to assist our internal development team. Please read below and describe your company, your experience, and why we should hire you. This software will be developed for the real estate industry. We have an extremely talented developer who will be answering questions, checking your code, and keeping the business owner focused on the scope agreed upon. I would like you to get a feel for the code and the features of the site. This will be a test of your abilities before awarding you with phase two. Please only bid on phase one of the work. It is developed in Python. This site will be the first of hundreds. All sites will be deployed and managed from a centralized configuration. Sites will include the current features of cblaketahoe as well as many new features. Examples of the new features; centralized analytics of site activity via Pikwik, centralized multi user configuration of SugarCRM for all sites, centralized call routing and reporting via [login to view URL], Google Maps API integration, web based access/control/uploads from mobile smart phones, integration with social network services like Facebook and Twitter. For now I'd like to get all of our current clients into cblaketahoe. It doesn't have to be the ideal method for now. 6. I'd like to add more emphasis to the "Scroll down to view" list. I thought it should be moved to the top of that box, bold it, slightly larger and in red. I want to bring people's eye to it more. This is what makes us better and I want to make sure people see it. 7. Hot new listings and price reductions I want to feature this more as well. Larger...different color...??? 8. Add "Request more photos" link under "Hot new listings and price reductions 9. Add "properties we've recently previewed" link under "Request more photos" Link to [login to view URL] 10. Featured properties block [login to view URL] on the right column. I want to display the 10 most expensive homes in the "Area"...for this property the area would be Westshore LK TH. 11. Add tables for; 10 best price per square foot, 10 most expensive distressed properties (sub-status = REO and short sale), Relatively new construction (built in past 3 years), 10 most recently listed properties. All tables pull properties from the same "area"...for this property the area would be Westshore LK TH. 12. Add county record data as a comment to all listings. Be able to update it weekly for now until we can move to the new site. *Public records obtained from (XXXX) on (date) report that this home was purchased in (year) for (price).
