Make a change in a module of PRestashop -- 2

Hi! I have a module por products questions, there is a button in the product page in the left hook, I want to change the position and style as in the pictures attached to put it just below product name as in the picture that I attached from Wayfair. Right now the text of the button says "Make a Question (X)" and in the parentesis is the number of questions that clients have made.. I want to make a change that when the number of questions is 0 Change the text to "Be the first to make a question" Thanks
