Data Entry and Report software

As the year is rounding up I wanted to get an early start on my next year project. I need an experienced python coder to write a small software application for my project. The following will be required of the software: 1) the overall software is a data entry and report generation tool. 2) user will input data into the software through a GUI in cells. 2) GUI will have multiple tabs to enter different types of data. Tabs will represent different tables required by the software. 3) Data entry will be such as strings, float and integer. Float will be currency 4) there will requirement to manipulate some of the entered data in order to generate new data. Math calculations are simple - mainly addition subtraction and averages 5) GUI will have buttons that can add rows and columns 6) GUI will have in-built dropdown menu 7) User should be able to change some of the header. 8) software will generate reports that will have graphs like pie chart and bar charts. 9) data can be exported to excel and report can be print to PDF 10) data can be imported to the software from excel or identified file. 11) options like copy paste cut save help will be needed. 12) software will have version with limited table entry. 13) software will need activation auto generate key Now I really need someone who can work with my budget and on my schedule. I have a full requirement file for the project and I will show to the selected freelancer. Please only those who can work within my budget is who i am looking for. Python is a must for this software. I have only a month to complete project.
