A customer of mine has executed a file (maybe trojan) and all his files has been crypted. The problem is that his backup as been also corrupted. Thus we've paid transaction (Cryptolocker) with bitcoins with TOR, in returns, hacker sent us file which is called (Decrypt_Software) but it seems not to be working fine. Impossible to decrypt files. Do you have some guys who can try to examine the file and try to get the decryption key to make a manual decryption of the files ? If I send you some files and decryption software can you test and tell me if it's possible to make job ?
