PROJECT FOR INTERREGION INTEGRATION FAIR AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for someone who can write a project about: It allows the online compilation of electronic forms with archived searchable data, the management and online publication of all communications relating to tenders and public competitions, records the entities, suppliers and results, also providing a systematic statistical analysis of the same, through customizable filters. Access to the platform will be allowed to an unlimited number of users, while access to the environment will be managed remotely, to detect and prevent intrusions and to allow companies and ensure the transparency of operations, monitor the truthfulness of data and update the personal data and performance. A disaster recovery site with database mirroring has been planned which will allow immediate system recovery following a disaster, but also the continuation of activities until system recovery without loss of data and time. PURPOSE • ensure the transparency of operations at all stages • promote equal opportunities for all operators • to unify in an integrated solution all the relevant information also in regulatory terms • fully support working procedures • reduce costs • simplify consultations • manage large volumes of data • ensure fast and timely accessibility • improving the accessibility of operators • guarantee equal opportunities through the publication of all relevant information and communications • reduce errors, both for users and for administrators and contracting authorities • to allow broader and more complete information to users in terms of procedures and regulations   INTERREGIONAL INTEGRATION PROJECT FOR FAIR AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT CONTENTS The system was conceived starting from the following key considerations: • The lack of regional integration and a common policy that characterizes above all the emerging economies • The lack of homogeneity and timing of obtaining the necessary information aimed at facilitating interregional exchanges • The lack of an effective tool to be able to transparently share the flow of information By virtue of the above considerations, the research and development of the system have concentrated in order to unify the following functionalities in a new integrated solution, but at the same time effective and intuitive, in such a way as to allow the interface and unique in the its kind: • coordinate and strengthen regional and national institutions, so that they contribute to the process of economic integration • provide a safe and reliable service that is easy to consult even in the most remote areas • share information on the management, evaluation and storage of data • allow the adoption of a common exchange policy, albeit in the presence of different legislations • facilitate a risk-free and transparent transit system. • Facilitate the management of customs, tariffs, internal taxes, technical regulations, the origin of goods PURPOSE • contribute to the regional integration process • support the harmonization and simplification of common customs procedures and strengthen electronic interconnection which will foster trade inside and outside the community • support the strengthening of the areas of exchange of services, transport, statistics
