Hi I have an equation to [login to view URL] I need it done immediately We are building a building and have secured bank finance for 55,200,000. The bank will release this amount in Jan 2018. From Jan-Dec 2018, we will not pay any amount towards principal or ineterst (no payment release). Payments will start being released from Jan 2019 on quarterly basis for both principal and interest. Mode of finance is quarterly. Interest rate is 5%. Duration : 7 years re-payment starting from Jan 2019. I need to calculate total interest as well as interest that must be paid every quarter. Please note that the 5% per annum is reducing (on the remaining balance). I need the accompanying excel sheet and calculations/justifications within an hour
