I might be able to help you with this project as I have been working on AWS services for the last 2 years for a Securities company here in Tokyo that provides highly available highly scalable market data streaming system all deployed in AWS, which we use DynamoDB for our data store and Lambdas for scheduled, event based and API execution of business logic. I put items on the suggested milestones but thats very rough milestone and we can discuss the details later once I got more details on what you'd want to accomplish using DynamoDB, Lambda and Cognito. - What is the business requirement, what you'd like to achieve? Use cases? - What is the projected/estimated load? How many consumers of lambda will be there and the frequency? - Are there other existing systems/applications you already have on AWS? Or will this be the first? - How will this application be used? By another system? From a UI? - Do you have specific timeline? how tight is the schedule? If the project has short timeline (few days to few weeks), any preference how we together can monitor and manage the progress? I'm ok daily stand-ups, or sprints?
