I have a software running as a RemoteApp on Window Server 2019. The RD connection broker, RD gateway and the rd web access including the licence server are installed on the same server. That server is attached to a domain on Windows 2016 where I managed all the users that connect to the application. The server is on AWS and it is an EC2 [login to view URL] what I think is pretty enough for the number of users that connect to the remote app (around 10 simultaneous). Lately many of the users are presenting problems of connectivity with the remoteapp that never open or when it opens it s really slow the performance. I need someone to help me to check my platform, connected trough my computer and showing me everything and explaining me what can be improve and make tests together to solve the problem and improve the performance.
