IOS and Android app development for an ecommerce(oscommerce) site

We have a site [login to view URL] which is also a responsive site. But we want to make native app for both iOS and Android. This site is developed based on oscommerce. We will provide you the design in PSD. Your responsbility will be following. 1) Do the coding for PHP/MySQL to retrieve the data and show it to mobile. You can use your own way of coding. No need to follow any oscommerce coding standard. That means you don't have to know oscommerce. Just check the database structure and get the data using your own php/mysql. 2) App will be a native iOS and Android app, please don't use phonegap or titanium. Pure Objective C and Java coding. 3) We will give you the login for iTunesconnect and Google Play. You have to submit it after approval and testing. 4) You have to handover the full source code.
