Android App

We are a double and triple glazed window and door company, and replace many windows/doors for customers who only have single glazed windows. We want to create an android app for our staff where it will allow our sales team to go to a customer’s house with a tablet, do an initial site measure of their windows and have a pdf report created with images. When finished, we would want this document to be saved to our cloud service in the client’s folder, ready for our estimators to create a quote. Please refer to the two attached documents; one shows a blank inspection sheet which we currently use, and the other is how it should be filled out. We currently do it with a paper and pen, and this document can sometimes be lost, or not scanned and uploaded to the customer’s file. This is something we want to improve with this app. The main goal of the app is to take some photos internally and externally of the windows, and have the pictures show up in the report. Then our salesman can measure the windows with a tape measure and add the dimensions to the report. Then they would discuss with the client a different ‘proposed’ window design, and draw it in the app. We would also need the report to generate several pages depending on how many windows/doors are measured.
