Approach:- Developing a mobile application, we always believe going with following steps to accomplish project: Drafting a complete document with specifying functional keys that includes wireframe, database flow, and prototype screens. Moreover, we assign a photoshop expert to the project complete the PSD portion of the project, along with an experienced UI/UX to make screen. For the development, we move optionally either going with Hybrid or Native platform: 1) If we are developing through the Native platform, then we rely on assigning one Android and one IOS experienced with SDK integration, library, Native IDEs implementation. 2) If we are developing this through Hybrid and then we need a Hybrid development expert with the database- MongoDB, Firebase etc. - We can handle server side and API/web-services programming (We assign a separate developer who has good knowledge in PHP or another platform as required basis) - Along with the development, we take unity test and QA as well for assuring there is no bug and error. - We then set up the build to Mobile stores (Google, Apple store).
