Android app that takes picture on wrong phone unlock attempt

Hello all, I am searching for someone or a team of well-skilled people who can handle the development of an Android application (all of the UX/UI design of the app will be provided to you). The main purpose of the application is to take a picture using the front phone camera for all wrong password entry attempts to unlock the phone, in addition to creating a private cloud space for each user to store his private media/documents that can be accessed by entering his secret pin. Main features: • Compatible with all android devices and recent operating systems. • Secretly take a photo using the front camera when someone tries to unlock your phone with an incorrect pin, pattern or password. • Save the picture in a private folder inside the phone memory along with the geolocation and timestamp of the wrong entry attempt. • Option to send an email with the photo taken, time and geolocation after every wrong attempt. • Option to sync in the background all pictures into a folder on the cloud whenever the phone is connected to the internet (data or wifi). • Creation of a private cloud storage in the app for each user that can be accessed to upload any document/media. Folder is private and cannot be accessed without entering their private pin. • The app is completely silent and invisible. The thief will not know that his wrong attempts were logged. • Each full wrong unlock attempts shall be logged; Partially entered passwords/code are not logged if they were not yet submitted. • Ability to specify after how many wrong attempts you would like the application to take the picture of the intruder. • The application should be bilingual. The primary language should be English, but users have the option to switch it anytime to Arabic. When switched to AR, the alignment of the design should be from right-to-left instead of left-to-right. PLEASE NOTE: This app uses the Device Administrator permission to monitor screen unlock attempts, or else it will not work. So the user has to accept the condition of making the app Device Administrator.
