Flutter Mobile Application (iOS and Android) + API + Firebase+ Laravel CMS

Dear flutter developers, Hope you all doing well and healthy. We need a fully functional Flutter app that is empowered by firebase push/chat and integrated to it. The App should be managed by a powerful backend that should be built using Laravel PHP framework. The should connect to our customer data base through API (you will see later). In short we need : 1. Laravel CMS where I can manage the APP App settings such as app logo , app name, app firebase settings, app social media authentifications User creation to add or manage content and push notification campaigns Statistics And more details you will see later 2. Flutter cross plat-form app with the mentioned pages and features and we can update the app content with the cms. 3. Connection with firebase API as we specify later 4. Connection to our database API as specified : as a setting in the CMS where I can update the values to connect to the api with the api login information. 5. Localization of the app (Italian , French and Dutch ) but now our MVP we will use Italian : so the language of the app should be a parameter (drop down menu to select language) 6. In the CMS I should be able to create push notifications to selected customer segments or all the db (that we get via the freedility api) ; add my stores locations ; add new blog contents, events ; update contact information and social logins authentication. Customer should be able to update the data; and the app will receive loyalty points from our API and display them in customer account. 7. The app should work perfectly without bugs on iOS and Android 8. The CMS should have a field settings page to add google analytics code / ids, & google maps api.
