Please prepare your previous work and portfolio in meeting The goal of this project is to design and develop a platform app connects homeowners with trusted service providers for various home-related tasks, ranging from repairs and maintenance to cleaning, renovations and education for iOS and Android platforms. The project will have 3 distinct user types: Super Admin (WEB), Service provider (APP), and Customer (APP). App work Flow: The concept of our app revolves around customers selecting a specific service and submitting a request with relevant details, without requiring an online payment. All service providers registered for that particular service will receive the order details and provide a price estimation. Customers will have the freedom to choose a service provider based on the offered price and rating. Key Features: The app should support both Arabic and English languages. Customer App Features: 1- Service Selection: Allow customers to choose from a range of home services and submit service requests with specific details. 2- Order Distribution: Notify all registered service providers for a particular service about new orders and provide them with necessary order details. 3- Price Estimation: Enable service providers to provide price estimates for the requested service, including the ability to add discounts to their prices. 4- Customer Decision-Making: Allow customers to compare price estimates and service provider ratings, including the discounted prices, to make an informed decision. 5- Cash Payment: Facilitate cash payments between customers and service providers upon task completion. 6- Loyalty Points: Integrate a loyalty program feature where customers earn points for each completed service request. Points can be redeemed for discounts or special offers on future service bookings. Service Provider App Features: 1- Order Management: Allow service providers to view and manage incoming service requests. 2- Price Estimation: Enable service providers to provide price estimates for the requested service, including the ability to add discounts. 3- Order Acceptance: 4- Task Completion: Enable service providers to mark tasks as completed and collect cash payments from customers. 5- Account Management: Provide service providers with the ability to manage their profiles, availability, and pricing. 6- Secure Payment Integration 7- Refund feature: Implement a refund policy where the fixed cost charged for completed orders is reverted back to the service provider account if the order is cancelled due to an inability to reach an agreement. 8- Dashboard Section: a.
