Kiosk Media Player (Android) App

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer/programmer that can help me in creating an app for android devices. I NEED A MUSIC PLAYER APP ( ONLY FOR ANDROID ) Here is a list of things I need the app to be able to do. 1. Kiosk Mode so users cant access other apps and/or be able to change settings. 2. Graphical designs to show while music is being played. (here is an example of the background animation during music play: EXAMPLE ONLY: [login to view URL] 3. In the app, the users should have the ability to pair and connect to Bluetooth speakers. 4. The ability to view/hide the playlist. 5. Responsive: For Mobile devices such as cell phones, tablets, and also android tv box viewable on a TV screen. 6. Ability to open folders to choose music folders and/or files (open dialog) ------------------------- Code Canyon has some good apps available to purchase. If its easier to do it this way, I can buy the app and its source codes and you can just customize it using my logo/content. If this is the easier way, let me know and we can do it this way.
