Need experienced freelancer for modification in my existing android application

I have one android application which reads SMS and upload on server. I need to add one more feature in this application. I need one button above the Logout Button in this application. On click of this Button if the user's Android version is less than 8.0 than it should display the Manufacturer, Model and Android ID(I already have the code for this you need to add it and display the result in the page). Id the Android version is greater or equal to 8.0 than one button Send SMS should be displayed. On click of this Button the Android application will call one API. In that API call's POST parameter the User key will be sent from application in response the server will give one mobile number and one text. After receiving the response from server the application needs to send the SMS to the mobile number received from server and the message should the text received from server. The application must use minimum possible permissions. If anyone is interested please send the bid I will send the existing project code form the review.
