ORB App, Web Portal & API - Understand, scope & quote

This will be a 7 day project and will involve the selected Freelancer to read, investigate and understand our IOS & Android Apps and our Web Portal and API. The purpose is to understand what we have so that the freelancer can establish what our full requirements are and what resources are required, and the time it will take and the milestones it will include. As part of the project we require the following: * The freelancer needs to demonstrate a sufficient understanding of what we have, summarised in a report * Produce a high level diagram and Topology of how the Apps, Portal and API are currently setup and working * Produce a topology diagram of what the setup will be post completion of the build project * A breakdown of the Scope for phase 1 - detailed into sections and components and then cost. * Include timeline - from this and the scope the milestones can be defined, we would want to see this clearly laid out * Although this scope is for phase 1 we will also want to consider phase 2 because we plan to continue that directly after phase 1, take this into consideration when writing up There will be 1 milestone for this mini project which is defined by the above list, we have agreed a full 7 days timescale for this at a fixed rate of £650. We have provided lots of material including: Access to existing working Apps and Web portals Overview and notes explain strategy and plan XD document for App MVP XD Document for Portal MVP XD Document for App Phase 2 XD Document for Portal Phase 2 Plus other XD documents with other specific features We have provided all of the source code for all of the versions of the Android and IOS APPs We are sending the source code and handover notes for the portal and API We have other material and information which we can provide if required and will be available throughout this mini project to answer any questions or provide any additional information This project is a precursor for the ORB MVP build project however this project does not constitute a commitment to complete the full build project. We would like this project to commence asap but once we have provided the source code for the Portal & API, please confirm when you would be able to commence this project but a prerequisite is that it needs to start either Thursday 12th March or Friday 13th March.
