I have a requirement for an iPhone and Android application. The application is a simple one and basically just turns off the device. A functional spec will be supplied for the successful developer. The last idiot could not do it. Only bid if you have experience.

Hi there, I am experienced Android developer and will gladly help! Please note, since the turning off device from code is a very risky and possibly harmful it could be not possible from security reasons. I.d. it is blocked from Android OS. But I can implement a timer and after that a notification sound will be played and a special dialog will be opened to offer to a user shutting the device down.
